We have been pursuing the implementation of this practical philosophy for 25 years, linked to high ethical standards and constantly developing quality goals. Being healthy does not always automatically mean "feeling good", but we attach great importance to "feeling good". And not only with our patients, but also with all of the practice staff. We believe that we are currently in the happy situation and that we have managed to mature into a team with a very positive team spirit. We don't make it easy for ourselves and work on it almost every day, but the result is impressive. We all enjoy coming to work. We succeeded in: To create a very sophisticated treatment atmosphere in which not only small and large patients feel good, but also their companions. We have also managed to create a pleasant working atmosphere for the staff in the practice, both for the medical assistants, interns and students and for us as the treating pediatricians. The practice rooms are located in the “Practice House Unter den Linden”. The tenants working here appear as a whole through interdisciplinary cooperation and collegial understanding. We attach great importance to a friendly treatment and counseling atmosphere, and all employees in the practice are encouraged to do so and receive regular training and advice in this regard. Demanding practice marketing, complete documentation and balanced time management are just as important to us. Under the motto: “Don't postpone what you can get today until tomorrow”, we always endeavor to deal with all requested inquiries, reports, certificates or other letters on time. We are working on optimizing waiting times. It is important to us that all employees have a high level of advanced training. These are organized and carried out internally or delegated externally.
