Our staff has a crane and forklift driver's license . We have certified welders according to DIN 287 and a welding supervisor . We are a training company (construction mechanics and metalworkers). We are the only business enterprise in Berlin to train people with disabilities to become metalworkers , and we were honored with the Reinickendorfer Apprenticeship Buddy for this in 2015 . We are a partner of the Stötzner School Special Education Center . We pursue a consistently eco-social, sustainability-oriented company concept and would like to take responsibility within our social environment. We have been a signatory to the Diversity Charter since 2010, making us one of the first companies to sign the Charter.
