The reflex zone therapy on the foot - commonly called foot reflex zone massage - is a form of treatment that emerged from ancient folk knowledge. Starting around 50 years ago, it was further developed by Hanne Marquardt into a precisely worked out therapy. It is much more than just a foot massage. The reflex zones on the foot can be used to improve almost all complaints, not only in the organic, bony and muscular, but also in the relaxed state of the person. It can be used at any age and can be used as a stand-alone treatment or in combination with other therapies. As a holistic therapy, it challenges people's self-healing powers and not only combats their symptoms and diseases.
