Jobactive GmbH has been present on the market as an independent company for over ten years. Jobactive emerged in 2001 from the former recruiting and employee pool management of the Bayer Group. Until February 2010 Jobactive was a subsidiary of Bayer Business Services GmbH. The company has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of hanfried Personaldienstleistungen GmbH since March 2010.
Jobactive GmbH currently employs around 400 people who are looked after from the branches in Leverkusen, Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, Düsseldorf and Munich. The company's focus is on the pharmaceutical and chemical industries as well as the IT industry and commercial professions.
