The creation of our bistro is actually more of a new opening.
The location in Winterhude has been used for over 25 years. In 1989, Wille Brass began life in what is now our catering production kitchen with a small kitchen and a high table.
The demand grew and so the current bistro premises were added five years later. At first they functioned as a wine trade and offices. In 2003 the bistro was opened by Traiteur Wille. Ten years later, it was time for a new face. We completely gutted Gottschedstrasse 13 and created the Bistro Kitchen 53 ° Nord.
