Dr. Joachim von Rheinbaben is Managing Director and Member of the Management Board of Oceans & Company. He specialises in co-investments with clients in areas of business where Oceans & Company can best bring its multidisciplinary expertise to bear. He has more than 20 years of investment banking experience in leading positions at BNP Paribas and Metzler Corporate Finance, and has been responsible for advising on and implementing numerous complex M+A, capital market and financing transactions. Joachim holds a diploma in Business Administration and Engineering from the University of Karlsruhe (TH) and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Mannheim. He was a fellow of Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes.
