PERI-PERI is our heart and soul. It began centuries ago, when the Portuguese explorers set sail for the East of Africa. It was there that they were introduced to the African Bird’s Eye Chilies, they were enchanted by its flavor they added a squeeze of lemon and a kick of garlic and turned the chilies into the well- known PERI-PERI sauce.
