Every year, the best real estate brokers are honored in October as soon as the results are available. Awards and seals are given in the real estate industry. But none of the other prizes has such recognition and is as meaningful and valuable as the “accolade” by Capital. For the sixth time in a row, Gerschlauer Immobilien achieved the top rating of 5 stars. The brokerage company received the highest total number of points in Munich in 2019, making it the front runner. Nationwide, it was one of the 5 best-rated brokers in Germany. In 2020, Gerschlauer Immobilien again set itself apart from the other competitors and achieved the highest rating with 84 points. Again 1st place in Munich. Nationwide, the company also lands in 1st place this time, which it only has to share with the real estate brokerage of Sparkasse Lübeck, which is tied.
