ABOUT US JUMPING, CLIMBING, FUN AND ACTION JUMP . RAUM - the EXTRA trampoline and parkour park . GREAT JUMP . RAUM is THE adventure playground for young and old. In the large trampoline and parkour halls in Berlin, Hamburg, Kiel and Cologne / Bonn, children and young people can work off to their hearts' content. In doing so, they train their coordination, endurance and flexibility, get to know their limits, train self-confidence and body awareness. Certified trainers are there to support you. Numerous jumping and fitness courses also promise lots of fun, adrenaline and fitness for adults. Because hardly any other sport does the body burn as many calories as jumping on a trampoline. ROOM in Cologne / Bonn. Nadira Stahl-Essberger from Hamburg is the founder and managing director of SPRUNG . RAUM Holding GmbH based in Hamburg and runs the family business with around 200 employees together with her husband Helge Stahl. UNLIMITED JUMPING AND PARKING FUN In the JUMPING ROOMS you will find various jumping areas, such as football, basketball or dodgeball - on trampolines, of course. Special highlights are the special in-house developments by Nadira Stahl-Essberger. She has, among other things, with the AIR .
